Shipping Details

Please Note:

WEB SITE STOCK IS NOT IN STORE. Items must be purchased online, and payment made before processing of your order will begin, An Email will be sent once items are instore for collection.

Items will be posted within 4 business days of payment being received.

All Items are on hand, however if any item has been damaged or missing from inventory, the item that has been purchased, the buyer will receive a full refund.

We ship within Australia using Australia Post

We combined postage for all items purchased in one order. Use postage calculator in checkout for combined postage.

All items need to be paid for prior to pick up.

We do not hold orders. Any items not paid within 24 hours will be cancelled.

All items will be packed securely.

If the item is not received within seven business days please contact your local post office, if they don’t have it contact us and will have it tracked.

Insurance is available upon request email for details.

Returns

Returns must be sent back within 10 days of transaction at buyers expense unless the wrong item or a faulty item has been sent out.

If you have received the wrong item please contact us right away.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us right away.

We are not responsible for items damaged by Australia Post. There is up to $100 insurance included on all registered post items, the buyer will need to go to their local post office to lodge a claim.
